Fair ground rules for both sides.
Scope
These terms cover all three BoldLime Tech divisions — Roblox Games, Web & Bot Services, and Discord Bot. Anything agreed in writing for a specific project takes precedence over these general terms.
Quotes and payment
Work starts after a written agreement on scope and price. Unless agreed otherwise, projects run on a 50% down payment upfront and 50% on delivery and approval. Ongoing services are billed per agreed period and can be stopped anytime without penalty.
Revisions and warranty
Each project includes a fair number of revisions as stated in the quote. Bugs that appear within the warranty period after delivery are fixed at no cost.
Timeline
Time estimates are counted from when we receive complete materials. Late materials from the client shift the schedule proportionally.
Ownership of deliverables
After full payment, project deliverables are handed over and become the client's property. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the down payment cannot be refunded because work resources have already been used. If the cancellation comes from our side, the down payment is refunded in full.
